There is a food court kind of on a hidden level that was the best food we got there. The atriums and lobby areas are spectacularly large. The hotel fee of $15.00 per day ($16.80 with tax) is pretty bogus but I guess not unheard of in Vegas.Overall, a very nice hotel for the price and the Luxor theme and layout was an added bonus. Older TV but worked just fine for weather and misc. Some wallpaper peeling off of areas of the bathroom. The first night the down elevator right outside our room wasn't working but one call to the front desk and it was fixed later that night. Checking out was just as easy as I used the TV and did an express checkout.#Drawbacks# The carpeting was stained but just general marks, nothing gross. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable, we heard no noise in the hallways and the service was excellent. They did have us booked in a smoking room and when I stated we did not want a smoking room they upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite, no charge, no questions asked. As other reviews have said, the hotel is getting older but we had a wonderful stay. My husband and I have stayed at the Luxor before back in 2004. My Children and I just got back from staying at the Luxor 3/12/11 - 3/15/11.
